Responsibilities:
- Installing IFPs in client locations, including wallmount and standmount installations
- Testing and troubleshooting installed IFPs
- Providing maintenance and repair services for installed IFPs
- Responding to customer service inquiries related to IFP installations
- Maintaining accurate records of installations and service calls
- Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with IFP installations and maintenance preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of basic carpentry and electrical work
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work at heights
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
