    Description
    Roles & Responsibility
    Create and maintain Safety plan, monitors the functional safety activities ; progress against the plan to pass the Quality Gates
    DIA with supplier
    Confirmation reviews of FuSa Engineering work products(Item definition, Impact analysis, HARA, FSC, TSC etc.)
    Compilation of Safety case.
    Perform FuSa audit and assessment
    Create safety culture within organization
    Collaborate with project managers, development team, suppliers and customers on Functional Safety
    Conduct reviews with product teams to ensure functional safety standards are being met throughout product development cycles

    Experience Required : 4-6yrs

    Must to have
    Hands–on experience in ISO26262 Part 2,3,4,8,9

    Nice to have
    Hands on experience in Functional Safety Engineering activities
    Relevant Functional Safety Certifications from TUV or any similar organizations.
    Experience in complete ECU development cycle
    Functional Safety process establishment/improvement/harmonization experience

    Personal skills
    Proficiency in problem solving and troubleshooting technical issues
    Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization and multi-tasking skills
    Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
    Personal initiative, commitment, perseverance and resilience
    Well-developed communication and teamwork skills
    Aspiration to engineering excellence
