Job Description


Understand requirement from Customer, Design, Prepare Functional Specification Document, Configuration, Work with ABAP team, Unit Testing, Test Data creation, Test Scripts preparation, Support in bug-fixes for Testing, training users, Cutover, Hypercare Phase, KT to AMS.

Perform reviews of team members, Ticket resolution, Root cause analysis, Awareness of ITSM processes, Tools etc.

Mandatory Skills

SAP PP - Configuration, Design, Testing knowledge for full end to end PP cycle preferably for Manufacturing customer, AMS support experience preferably for Manufacturing customer
