Lead and manage a team of engineers responsible for developing a method for 3D layout designs in manufacturing facilities.

Develop and implement strategies to improve production processes through efficient 3D layout designs using software tools like Teamcenter, NX Line Designer, and EasyPlan
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of 3D layout designs into existing manufacturing operations.
Oversee the design and implementation of 3D layout plans for production lines and facilities.
Develop and implement innovative methods for 3D layout planning to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to 3D layout design efficiency, such as space utilization, workflow optimization, and cost savings.
Conduct regular reviews and analysis of 3D layout KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to facility layout design.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred
10+ years of core manufacturing experiences in the automotive industry
5+ years of Digital 3D Layout experiences in Auto or Aerospace industry.
Proficiency in software tools such as Teamcenter, NX Line Designer, and EasyPlan for 3D layout design
Experience in handling large volume of data from supplier and plant scan.
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
