Executive Assistant - Gurgaon, India - Encore Modular Furniture Pvt Ltd
Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the MD, including managing calendars, Scheduling appointments, and maintaining correspondence.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and other events.
- Prepare reports, Presentations, and other materials as requested by MD.
- Conduct research, collect data, and prepare analysis reports
- Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Liaise with other members of the executive team and other departments as required.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Management, or Related fields.
- Proven experience in executive level administrative support.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS office suite, Excel and other software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
