In this capacity, your team member(s) will be responsible for setting up and migrating clients from various technology platforms as needs arise as well as triaging client reported issues in relation to their Product Platform Integrations or ATS/API integrations.

Additionally, they will assist clients and the Accurate Onboarding Team in account and integration configuration and testing, as well as answer open client questions, provide clarification on solutions, etc

Responsibilities:

Create/modify accounts in the applicable vendor's portal for all I9 services required for clients.
Manage shared Salesforce queue, prioritizing tasks based on workload and logging status on open cases.
Work closely with Onboarding, Account Management, and Customer Service to properly configure clients for specific integrations and account setup, considering any client specific initiatives/requirements.
Triage/troubleshoot reported issues and either offer potential solutions OR escalate accordingly to internal resources.
Maintain communication with stakeholders regarding resolution of reported issues.
Understand client integration requirements and system capabilities and be able to translate accordingly.
Track, coordinate, and fulfill lower tier ATS integration projects in Jira and in the applicable Accurate platform.
Provide support for integration testing across various types of integration ex. REST API, XML, SOAP, JSON, Batch, SAML, etc.
Communicate progress to Leadership when necessary, on projects.

Qualifications:

Self-Starter, ability to work independently and get things done.
Strong critical thinking and communication skills combined with a commitment and proven ability to succeed within a fastpaced organization.
Timemanagement skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution.
A familiarity with integrated API solutions and ability to explain technical solutions to clients.
Basic knowledge of XML and JSON required.
Basic knowledge of SQL and databases required.
Experience with related tools such as Postman, SOAP UI, etc. required.
Background Screening experience a plus.
