Paisa Wapas is hiring for a Customer Support Associate
Location:
HSR Layout, Bengaluru
Experience: 1-2 years
Responsibilities and Duties
- Help in improving processes to optimise the better customer experience.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Maintaining records of customer interactions.
- Manage key operational metrics on Service delivery, TAT management.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Appropriate and timely followups for issue /complaint resolution wherever required.
- Identifying and assessing customer's needs to achieve satisfaction
- Escalate unresolved queries to respective departments for accurate redressal.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written
Hindi and English communications skills. - Telgu and Tamil Proficiency would be an added advantage.
- Willing to learn new things and proactiveness.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced metricdriven environment with proficient multitasking
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
₹18, ₹30,000.00 per month
