Roles and Responsibilities
We are looking for Technician who is familiar in PCB assembly and testing procedures.
- Conduct functional testing of PCB assemblies to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
- Develop and implement testing procedures, including test setup, execution, and documentation.
- Operate testing equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, function generators, and environmental chambers.
- Troubleshoot and debug PCB assemblies to identify and resolve issues related to functionality, performance, or quality.
- Collaborate with engineers and assembly technicians to optimize test processes and improve product quality.
- Maintain test equipment and ensure its calibration and proper functioning.
- Record and analyze test results, identifying trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
- Document test procedures, results, and findings in written reports or electronic databases.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements and skills
- Diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in electronics or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in PCB testing and troubleshooting, including functional testing and measurement techniques.
- Familiarity with testing equipment and tools used in electronic testing, such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in conducting tests and documenting results.
- Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Familiarity with IPC standards for PCB testing and quality assurance is a plus.
- Experience with automated testing equipment and test automation tools is desirable but not required.
