As a customer support associate, you will be responsible for handling customer queries, enhancing customer journey with our product and overall service experience.

Responsibilities:

Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's Support policies
Handling customer queries/complaints/requests and providing timely and quality resolution
Ability to overcome problems using guidelines and escalate with expediency, when necessary
Responsible to follow up with customers to ensure their needs and expectations are satisfied
To continuously improve product knowledge and awareness of market trends and competitor products
Prior Experience 2+ years
Bachelor Degree and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Must be selfmotivator and selfstarter
Exceptional listening and analytical skills
Solid time management skills
Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast paced, team environment
Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed
Should be able to work in High Pressure environment
Excellent communication in English and Hindi
Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam languages are an added advantage
Basic knowledge of Accounting and Billing is a Plus
Flexible with 24/7 rotational shifts and rotational 6 weekoffs in a month
Immediate joiners are given first preference
