Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:

  • Create comprehensive marketing plans to promote Ovum Hospitals' services and specialties.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to align marketing strategies with the hospital's overall goals and objectives.

Digital Marketing:


  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed.

Event Planning and Management:


  • Organize and coordinate events, workshops, and seminars to promote hospital services and engage with the community.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of events.

Brand Building:


  • Enhance brand awareness through various channels, ensuring a consistent and positive brand image.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, referral partners, and community influencers.

Market Research:


  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.

Patient Engagement:


  • Develop strategies to increase patient engagement and satisfaction.
  • Implement programs to gather patient feedback and testimonials.

Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:


  • Work closely with the clinical and administrative teams to align marketing efforts with the overall patient experience.

Salary:
₹10, ₹40,000.34 per month
