Sales Coordination:
Responsibilities:
- Process and manage sales orders
- Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Prepare sales reports and presentations
- Assist sales team with research and competitor analysis
Billing and Accounts Receivable:
- Create accurate and timely invoices
- Process customer payments
- Manage accounts receivable and collections
- Reconcile bank statements
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing
Additional Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Graduation
- Proven experience with billing and accounts receivable processes
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint):
- A CRM system understanding is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy is essential
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Pay:
₹12, ₹16,000.00 per month
