Responsibilities:

Explain the features and benefits of our products to potential customers and answer their questions
Follow up with potential customers to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and goals
Stay uptodate with industry trends, travel destinations, and our competitors' products and services
Attend regular sales meetings and training sessions

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong convincing skills
Ability to work independently from home and meet sales targets
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Highspeed internet connection and a reliable computer
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
Travel industry experience is an added advantage

Salary and Benefits:

Commissionbased salary at the rate of Rs 2000 per sale
Flexible work schedule and work from home option
