    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Develop and communicate a clear product strategy and vision.
    • Define the product's longterm goals and objectives.
    • Identify market opportunities and customer needs.
    • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
    • Analyze competitors and market trends.
    • Gather data to make informed product decisions.
    • Create and maintain a product roadmap outlining the product's development and release timeline.
    • Define feature prioritization and tradeoffs.
    • Work closely with crossfunctional teams to align on priorities.
    • Specify product features and requirements.
    • Create user stories and detailed product specifications.
    • Ensure that features meet customer needs and align with the product vision.
    • Collaborate with engineering and development teams to build and release the product.
    • Provide guidance and answer questions during the development process.
    • Manage product development cycles
    • Plan and execute product launches.
    • Develop marketing and communication strategies.
    • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure a successful launch.
    • Collaborate with UX and design teams to create a userfriendly and aesthetically pleasing product.
    • Ensure that the product meets usability and design standards.
    • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the product's success.
    • Use data and feedback to make datadriven decisions and improvements.
    • Collect and analyze customer feedback.
    • Address customer issues and prioritize enhancements accordingly.
    • Provide customer support and training materials as needed.
    • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to endoflife.
    • Allocate resources effectively to meet product goals.
    • Work closely with crossfunctional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure product success.
    • Communicate progress, status, and changes to stakeholders and senior management.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Identify potential risks and challenges and develop plans to mitigate them.
    • Be prepared to adapt to changing circumstances and make adjustments as needed.
    • Preferable Experience 15 + yrs
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA advanced degree is a plus.
    • Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Technical background or understanding is preferred.
    • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
    Master's degree in Marketing Research, Statistics, Math, or related field required; MBA preferred.
