Description

Maintaining Store Standards.

  • Stores Visit as per plan
  • Review of store in terms of store hygiene, assets and Fixtures
  • Undertake detailed implementation of merchandising plan for stores as per plan.
  • Review of store as per SOP
  • Review of staff grooming and customer service
  • Review of Store Manager for their managerial skills, planning, forecasting.

Sales and Commercial Performance:


  • Preparing Monthly Targets.
  • Target achievements
  • P&L Analysis of stores
  • Maximize productivity targets ( KPI)
  • Control costs as per the budget
  • Ensure effective Stock and Space Management
  • Identify external commercial opportunities
  • Suggest improvements based on benchmark practices

Inventory Management & Stock Distribution:


  • Ensure effective Inventory (Indent, Transfer in, Transfer out, stock return and shrinkage)
  • Seasonal Stock Inventory and Display
  • Review and analyse stock and sales reports monitoring over the fast moving and 0 level stocks.
  • Review and effectively deal with fast / slow lines, new ranges and end of ranges and implement necessary action
  • Ensure pricing of merchandise as per norms
  • Provision of weekly & monthly feedback on respective stores
Operational Standards and Management


  • Prepare operating plan and to ensure effective implantation
  • SOP implantation at store level.
  • Ensure all the stores are following the store operating and customer service standards
  • Ensure the stores following all the statutory compliance as per norms
  • Ensure all the stores promotions executed and promptly maintained.

People Management:


  • Manage and support in team recruitment
  • Conduct staff training activities
  • Ensure that all new recruits understand their job and inducted well within the company
  • Assist store manager in grievance handling and disciplinary actions
  • Monitor and appraise the performance of staffs
  • Staff motivation

Experience:
Min 3yrs - 6yrs as Area Manager in retail sector.


Salary:
₹20, ₹27,000.00 per month
