- Drive design, implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, maintainance, and support high-quality software (service, application, solution, product, etc.) as per requirements set by the project owner with a higher level of complexity, independence, leadership, and technical expertise.
- Ensure the software complies with all applicable requirements (security, privacy, etc.).
- Identify potential improvements and suggest them to the project owners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align software development with business goals.
- Accurately estimate the work and adhere to the estimates.
- Follow defined SDLC processes (test coverage, code review, etc.).
- Contribute to the adoption of best practices and process improvements.
- Provide help/coaching to more junior engineers.
- Excellent working knowledge in one or more commonly used programming languages.
- Excellent understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.
- Extensive experience with component-level design, implementation, testing, and rollout.
- Demonstrated expertise in solving complex technical challenges and delivering high-quality software products.
- Proven track record of technical leadership and mentoring engineers.
- BS or equivalent degree in Computer Science or related field + 8 years of experience or 13+ years of industry experience in the field.

Our team members are located around the world. This position will work closely with folks across the US, Europe and India. We all act as one team with no borders. This position can be located anywhere and is primarily a remote work position that requires independent work and a high standard of communication and coordination with team members. The only requirement is that you are available to work fully within a US time zone (Pacific, Mountain, Central, or Eastern) or India time zone.
