Responsibilities:

Engage with potential customers over the phone to introduce and promote our products/services.
Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and qualify prospects based on predefined criteria.
Communicate effectively to understand customer needs and identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions with customers in the CRM system.
Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to ensure timely response and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to coordinate appointments and ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
Stay updated on product/service offerings, pricing, and promotional activities to effectively address customer queries and objections.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role in a salesdriven environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and pleasant telephone manner.
Strong persuasive skills with the ability to influence and convince potential customers.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other salesrelated tools.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and customercentric approach.
Resultsoriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
