Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers over the phone to introduce and promote our products/services.
- Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and qualify prospects based on predefined criteria.
- Communicate effectively to understand customer needs and identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions with customers in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to ensure timely response and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to coordinate appointments and ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Stay updated on product/service offerings, pricing, and promotional activities to effectively address customer queries and objections.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role in a salesdriven environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and pleasant telephone manner.
- Strong persuasive skills with the ability to influence and convince potential customers.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other salesrelated tools.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and customercentric approach.
- Resultsoriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Morning shift
