We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Talent Acquisition team as a Trainee.

As a Trainee Talent Acquisition specialist, you will support our recruitment efforts and gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and onboarding talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives by assisting in the creation of job postings and recruitment marketing materials. Participate in campus recruitment events or other networking opportunities.

Learning and Development: Actively participate in training sessions and workshops to develop a solid understanding of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and HR processes.


Requirements:

• Completed a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detailoriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
