Scope of work

  • Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
  • Liaising effectively with all departments within the organization to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Processing leads in a timely and comprehensive manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with prospective clients and should be an expert in closing deals.
  • Negotiating commercial terms within set guidelines.
  • Proactively following up leads generated by liaising with Sales managers.
  • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
  • Work closely with marketing team to help them with insights to create promotions & campaigns.
  • Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
  • Working on the leads provided by company.
  • Researching and qualifying new leads.
  • Managing the inflow of leads with an emphasis on high quality leads
  • Managing the database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place to generate new business.
  • Follow up with contacts.
  • Communicate with Clients and fix meeting which data provided by marketing team.

Role and responsibility

  • Addressing client concerns and making recommendations to help them achieve their objectives.
  • Keeping track of leads in order to ensure that they become sales opportunities.
  • Attending seminars, trade shows, and other events where direct client contact is possible
  • Updating CRM software on a regular basis.
  • Inviting potential customers to marketing events to assist the marketing group.
- keeping records of all sales activity, including information about potential clients and their companies, previous discussions with clients about their needs, and information about any resulting sales.

  • Gaining a thorough understanding of product benefits and features.
  • Taking care of customer purchase orders and coordinating with the logistics division to ensure that ordered goods are delivered on time.

  • Creating and maintaining a sales pipeline that reflects the sales process and prospects.
  • Involving in contract negotiations in order to achieve the best possible outcome for the client and the organization.
