Tele SalesScope of work
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
- Liaising effectively with all departments within the organization to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Processing leads in a timely and comprehensive manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with prospective clients and should be an expert in closing deals.
- Negotiating commercial terms within set guidelines.
- Proactively following up leads generated by liaising with Sales managers.
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
- Work closely with marketing team to help them with insights to create promotions & campaigns.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Working on the leads provided by company.
- Researching and qualifying new leads.
- Managing the inflow of leads with an emphasis on high quality leads
- Managing the database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place to generate new business.
- Follow up with contacts.
- Communicate with Clients and fix meeting which data provided by marketing team.

- Inviting potential customers to marketing events to assist the marketing group.
- Gaining a thorough understanding of product benefits and features.
- Taking care of customer purchase orders and coordinating with the logistics division to ensure that ordered goods are delivered on time.
- Providing customers with product recommendations based on their needs and requirements.
- Creating and maintaining a sales pipeline that reflects the sales process and prospects.
- Involving in contract negotiations in order to achieve the best possible outcome for the client and the organization.
- Collaborating with outside sales representatives to ensure they have all of the information they need to make successful sales calls.
- Maintaining longterm relationships with current clients by providing excellent aftersales service
Job Types:
