    About the Job

    Job Title: Lead - Project Controls (Urban Development)

    Location: Headquarters, Mumbai

    The Management Recruitment Group are proud to be retained exclusively to appoint the post of Lead Project Controls for our client, a leading Global Real Estate Developer based in Mumbai.

    Budget: 40-50 LPA

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop comprehensive project schedules, monitor progress, and provide regular updates.
    • Conduct cost forecasting, analysis, and control activities to ensure project financial health.
    • Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly reports on cost performance, trends, and forecasts.
    • Maintain project schedules and assist in devising recovery measures for projects facing challenges.
    • Analyze variances in cost and schedule performance, communicating reasons and proposing solutions.
    • Review project schedules for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to contractual requirements.
    • Coordinate project risk assessments and provide timely status reports to management.
    • Oversee regional project budgets and schedules, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely deliverables.
    • Support project teams in addressing delays, challenges, and critical issues.
    • Lead efforts to align schedule, cost, quality, and risk for efficient project delivery.
    • Engage with Finance & Accounting for accurate financial reporting.
    • Participate in schedule review meetings and coordinate with design and procurement teams.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and PG in Construction Management.
    • Demonstrated experience in project controls or related roles in real estate or industrial parks.
    • Proficiency in project management software like Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, etc.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
    • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
    • Project management certification (PMP, CAPM) is desirable.
