Responsibilities:

Capsule Filling:
Operate and monitor manual capsule filling machines.
Ensure accurate filling of capsules according to product specifications.
Perform routine quality checks to maintain product integrity.
Troubleshoot and address issues related to the capsule filling process.
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company SOPs.

Packaging:
Responsible for the packaging of pharmaceutical products according to packaging guidelines.
Perform visual inspections to ensure packaging meets quality standards.
Label and record packaged products accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packaging area.
Collaborate with quality control to address any packaging discrepancies.

Safety and Compliance:
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
Comply with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Participate in training programs related to machine operation and safety.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience as a machine operator in pharmaceutical or related industry.

Familiarity with manual capsule filling machines and packaging equipment.

Strong attention to detail and quality control.

Ability to follow SOPs and work in a regulated environment.

Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
