Job Title:
Finance Executive/Senior Executive


Location:
Bangalore


Job Description:


  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to conduct inventory audits;
  • Coordinate with crossfunctional stakeholders for inventory reconciliation;
  • Assist in streamlining the accounting of supply chain costs;
  • Implement effective cost control measures;
  • Play a key role in monthend activities, including stock adjustments and provisioning of expenses;
  • Review supply chain costs and provide insights for continuous improvement;
  • Effectively communicate with crossfunctional stakeholders;
  • Collaborate with different departments to align financial activities with organizational goals;
  • Review invoices related to the supply chain for accuracy, appropriate documentation, and approval;
  • Demonstrate proficiency in advanced Excel functions, including SQL, Power Query, and SAP.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
  • Sound knowledge of advanced Excel skills, including SQL, Power Query, and SAP.
  • Experience in inventory audit processes.
  • Strong understanding of monthend activities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary:
Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
