Job Title: CommunityManager

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a CommunityManager or similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communicationskills.
Familiarity with selfdevelopment personalgrowth or related industries.
Strong interpersonal and relationshipbuildingskills.
Ability to work independently andcollaboratively in a remoteenvironment.
Knowledge of social media platforms communitymanagement tools and analytics.

Roles andResponsibilities:

CommunityEngagement:

Foster a positive and inclusive atmospherewithin the community.
Actively engage with members through variouschannels ensuring a vibrant and supportiveenvironment.
Respond to member inquiries feedback andconcerns promptly andprofessionally.

ContentManagement:

Manage and approve content shared in thecommunity.
Schedule and coordinate regular postsdiscussions and activities to keep the communityengaged.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensurecontent aligns with the companys values andgoals.

EventCoordination:

Plan and execute virtual eventswebinars and activities to enhance communityparticipation.
Coordinate with guest speakers influencersand industry experts to contribute to communityevents.

Moderation and ConflictResolution:

Monitor community interactions ensuringadherence to communityguidelines.
Address conflicts or issues within thecommunity promptly and in compassionateway.
Implement and enforce community guidelinesconsistently.

Analyticsand Reporting:

Track and analyze communityengagement metrics.
Provide regular reports on community growthsentiment and member feedback.
Utilize data to make informed decisions oncommunity strategy.

MemberAdvocacy:

Identify and celebrate the achievements andcontributions of communitymembers.
Act as a bridge between the community and thecompany advocating for member needs andfeedback.

Collaboration withCrossfunctional Teams:

Work closely with marketingproduct and support teams to align community efforts with overallcompany objectives.
Provide insights from the community to assistin product development and marketingstrategies.

Fluencyin English with excellent communicationskills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Must haveown Laptop to work with good WiFispeed
Coachability Someone who is coachable andopen to learn and grow viafeedback
