Experience Requirement: 3 to 5 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales specifically for clients/vendors in the USA.Full Cycle Recruitment:
Experience in handling the entire process of Bench Sales Recruitment, from sourcing job requirements to placing consultants at the best deals.
Consultant Interaction:
Regular interaction and follow-up with bench consultants to understand their needs and place them into projects accordingly.
Handling Senior-level Consultants: Ability to manage senior-level consultants on the bench based on their experience and preferences.
Database Management:
Updating and maintaining the vendor database for future requirements, generating daily reports, and keeping them updated.
Negotiation Skills:
Excellent negotiation skills are required for securing the best rates for consultants.
Results-oriented: Must be a results-oriented self-starter with the ability to meet deadlines.
Client/Vendor Relationships:
Should have an existing list of clients/vendors from whom they can place consultants on the bench.
Education:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree is required.
Communication Skills:
Excellent communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with clients, vendors, and consultants.
Pay:
₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
