About
DHI:
A Real Estate Broking firm dealing in various Gurgaon-based projects.
Key Responsibilities:
l Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and identify potential clients interested in real estate opportunities.
l Utilize various databases, platforms, and scripts to effectively engage with prospects.
l Build rapport with potential clients, understanding their real estate needs and preferences.
l Provide information about available projects, promotions, and investment opportunities.
l Schedule appointments for project viewings or meetings with our sales team.
l Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and ensure attendance.
l Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls, interactions, and outcomes.
l Regularly update customer information in the CRM system.
l Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets.
l Effectively communicate projects features, benefits, and pricing to encourage sales.
l Address client objections or concerns with professionalism and confidence.
l Provide additional information or alternatives to overcome objections.
l Ensure compliance with internal scripts, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
l Maintain a high level of service quality in all customer interactions.
Qualifications and Skills:
l Proven experience in telesales or a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
l Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
l Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
l Familiarity with CRM systems and telephony software.
l Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.
l Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
l Basic knowledge of real estate market trends and terminology.
