Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Account Executive to join our team in Aluva, Ernakulam, Kerala.
As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing client accounts, fostering strong relationships, and driving business growth.
This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of our products/services and clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client accounts and serving as the primary point of contact and building strong, longlasting relationships.
- Understand clients' business objectives and develop tailored strategies to meet their needs and objectives.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to ensure client satisfaction and drive business growth.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients, showcasing the value of our solutions and services.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar clientfacing role, preferably in the service sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analyze data, and develop effective solutions to meet clients' needs.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite etc.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Fluency in Malayalam and English is required.
