Role Summary:


Associate/Executive - Project Sales would be working in close coordination with the Sales Manager towards achievement of business plan. The role is the front face of the Brand TRU Realty for customers and other stakeholders.


Expectations from the Role:

To generate, manage and nurture leads with a sustainable, result oriented, and long-term approach in line with the values at TRU Realty


Key Deliverables:

• To Ensure the achievement of prescribed targets through multiple channels
• Support reporting manager in taking new initiatives, new activations, etc. which lead to enhancement of database of potential leads
• Manage customer relationships to provide a delightful experience to the customers
• Generate and nurture leads through all channels including direct sales
• Get new empanelment with CPs and other business associates
• To understand the competition and keep evolving to stay ahead of the curve through the enhancement of processes, customer experiences, partner relationships, etc.

Qualification

• Any Graduate

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a dynamic, fastpaced environment and presently handling Channel Sales with experience in Channel Partner Management. A thorough understanding of selling and negotiating techniques, with Good Communication skills.

Salary:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
