Job Responsibilities:
New joining in PF, ESIC portal to generate UAN & IP.
Show exit date in PF & ESIC portal.
Ensuring legal compliance documents are updated.
Filling PF, ESIC form (Death, Accident, Maternity.)
Maintain record of PF claim settlement.
PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF new registrations/licenses, monthly, half yearly and yearly compliance & return generation and submission.
Monthly PF, ESIC, PT challan.
Compliance audits monthly/Quarterly/Annually, internal audit, External Audit, PF Audits, notice closing
PF KYC & UAN generations, transfer, withdrawal & advance, death claim settlement.
Document preparation for compliance audit of clients.
Maintaining of employee records of compliance.
Calculation of Bonus & Gratuity.
Manage & disbursement of full & final settlement in line with the compliance policy.
Creating & maintaining the documentation of database related to compliance.
Skills:
Good knowledge of minimum wages and structure
Should have good working knowledge to do all ESIC, PF and other compliances work independently.
Good knowledge of Advance Excel.
Qualification:
Proven working experience as compliance executive
Pay:
₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
