Key Responsibilities:

Lead, guide, and motivate a team of telecallers to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets

Monitor and evaluate team members' performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching for improvement

Set performance goals and targets for the team, tracking progress and taking necessary actions to ensure goals are met

Conduct regular team meetings to discuss targets, provide updates, and address challenges or concerns

Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards

Train new team members on product knowledge, call handling techniques, and customer service skills

Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction

Generate reports and analyze team performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures

Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting teamwork and high morale

Requirements:

Education: ITI (Industrial Training Institute) or equivalent

Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply
