Roles and Responsibilities:

• Website/Logo/brochure or other stationary designing, building or maintaining
• Conferring with teams to resolve conflicts, prioritize needs, develop content criteria, or choose solutions.
• Directing or performing Website updates.
• Editing, writing, or designing Website content
• Back up files from Web sites to local directories for recovery.
• Identifying problems uncovered by customer feedback and testing, and correcting or referring problems to appropriate personnel for correction.
• Evaluating code to ensure it meets industry standards, is valid, is properly structured, and is compatible with browsers, devices, or operating systems.
• Determining user needs by analyzing technical requirements.
• Review customer feedback with a view to improving and enhancing design quality

Required Skill:

• Along with all the technical skills and knowledge required to make an effective website the Web Developer need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills as they have to work in a team and effective communication is a must for the expected outcome of the project.
• Must be team player and should be able to work cohesively with a team of seniors, juniors and colleagues
• Analytical mindset to solve issues with focus on client/customer requirement
• Ability to take independent decisions
• Proactive, selfmotivated and flexible to work
• Web Developer needs to possess a solid hold on graphic design and must have exceptional time management capabilities.
• The ability to grasp new technologies and remain uptodate on current and emerging technologies, standards and trends can be added advantage for a Web Developer.

We are looking for a skilled Web developer who will be responsible for developing or designing Websites project in our Company.

In order to succeed in this role, you will need to be proficient in Javascript, HTML, CSS, Wordpress, Jhoomla etc.
