Instructional Leadership:
Providing guidance and leadership to mathematics teachers, including mentoring, coaching, and supporting their professional development. Encouraging innovative teaching methodologies and pedagogical approaches to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.

Lesson Planning:
Collaborating with mathematics teachers to develop comprehensive lesson plans that address curriculum objectives, learning objectives, and student needs. Ensuring that lessons are effectively sequenced and differentiated to meet the diverse learning styles and abilities of students.

Assessment and Evaluation:
Overseeing the development of assessment strategies, including designing tests, quizzes, and other evaluation methods to measure student understanding and proficiency in mathematics.

Data Analysis:
Utilizing student performance data to inform instructional decisions, identify trends, and develop targeted interventions for students who may be struggling.
