Handle Incoming and Outbound calling for customer service.

  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive.
  • Communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
  • Conduct followups to ensure complete resolution of issues.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers.
  • Maintain Call quality as per the quality parameters.
  • Maintain average call handling time (AHT).
  • Good writing skills.
  • Assist the customer in placing the order.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Team player
  • Complete assigned work on a daily basis.
  • Shift Adherence.

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Pay:
₹15, ₹19,419.17 per month
