We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate 3D Architectural Visualization Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in turning architectural concepts into captivating visual representations.

If you are proficient in software such as Sketchup, Lumion, 3Ds Max, AutoCAD, and Photoshop and have a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects and designers to understand project requirements.
• Create 3D models and renderings of architectural designs using software like Sketchup, Lumion, 3Ds Max, AutoCAD, and Photoshop.
• Produce highquality, photorealistic visualizations and animations that bring architectural concepts to life.
• Ensure that all visualizations adhere to project specifications and design guidelines.
• Make adjustments and revisions as necessary based on feedback from the project team.
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and software advancements to continuously improve skills and techniques.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas.

Qualifications:

• A strong portfolio showcasing your proficiency in software like Sketchup, Lumion, 3Ds Max, AutoCAD, and Photoshop.
• Bachelor's degree in architecture, design, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in architectural visualization and rendering.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.
• A passion for staying current with industry trends and software advancements.
