Position: AI-ML Engineers
Experience: 3 - 5 years
Duration of the project: 9+ months.
Work timing: Usual India business hours. May need couple of hours overlap with US Team.
Work mode: Remote
Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide design and architecture of E2E ML solutions using Azure & open-source frameworks.
2. Design, Train, Re-Train, Optimize and Monitor machine learning models.
3. Provide solutions (s) and implement them to solve complex problems with multi-layered data sets.
4. Work closely and collaboratively with other functions within BI & Analytics to assess the scalability of analytical opportunities.
5. Build cost & performance-optimized data pipelines to feed machine learning models.
6. Perform statistical analysis and use results to improve models.
7. Set up the ML Ops & development practices.
8. Train/Guide the team to improve the delivery outcomes.
Tech Skills:
1. Proficient in solutioning the ML challenges.
2. Proficient with Python language and worked on various ML toolkits like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn etc.
3. Proficient in fine-tuning DL models including LLMs, SLMs.
4. Proficient with Vector Stores and RAG pipelines.
5. Proficient with various data ingestion techniques including event sourcing.
6. Proficient with Data-Modelling Tools.
7. Proficient with multiple ML deployment strategies including static and dynamic.
8. Proficient in ML Ops like continuous integration, continuous deployment, feature engineering ETL's, designing feature stores & etc.
9. Proficient in analysing multiple models and recommending the refinements.
10. Comfortable with versioning of ML artifacts including data, model and code.
11. Comfortable with developing and exposing API endpoints.
12. Experience in translating ML-based outcomes to business-digestible insights.
13. Excellent communication skills and experience in managing stakeholders at various levels.
