Time Management
Verification and approval of Data time

OT verifications, shift change voucher etc.

Issuing attendance cards to new employees

Statutory Compliance
Responsible inspection of boilers, biannually factory inspection, Inspection by PF, ESIC and Labour inspector as per statutory requirements

Liasoning with Labour Office, Labor welfare office, Apprentice authority

Statutory audit for the compliances done and submit report to management
Liasoning with PF, ESIC, Factory & Boilers.

Industrial Relations

Review and approve Administration of Industrial Relations matter relating to staff discipline, grievances, domestic inquiries and other activities

Management of canteen facility

Distribution of uniform, shoes etc.

Contractual Labor Management
Approve contractual labor requirements and daily tracking of No. of contractual workmen deployed in the plant

Approval of relationship with Contractors in terms of agreements, wage rate, daily no. employees

Maintenance of all legal requirements related to contract labor (W.C. Policy, Labor License etc.)

Pay:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
