    Power Platform Development Lead

    You will be working as Power Platform Development Lead with grade 11 and will be reporting to Global IS Digital Solutions Leader & will be a part of Bangalore, India. In this role you will be primarily responsible for Appling IT knowledge and expertise to help solve complex technical or professional activities. A key resource, a definitive source of knowledge about services and solutions, who contributes their expertise to enhance organizational efficiency and support the organization's vision and strategic direction.

    Your responsibilities

    • Leading a team of power platform developers and collaborating with other stakeholders and establishing a knowledge center and development support framework as part of a center of excellence
    • Defining and enforcing the best practices and standards for power platform development and designing and developing the governance tools that will monitor, audit, and reporting on the power platform usage, performance, and issues
    • Integrating the power platform with other Microsoft and external systems and services and providing technical guidance and support to the power platform users and developers
    • Proficiency in fusion development by integrating classic programing with power platform (Custom Connectors, Azure Services) and extending power platform capabilities by implementing the code extensions (PCF)
    • Leading the development team as a source of authoritative knowledge on power platform development and governance and defining the development standards, roadmap and features that will be supported across the ABB Power Platform Landscape
    • Owning the development aspects of the center of excellence, being the decision maker on matters around development of the platform Governance. Being a voice and stakeholder in the governance calls on power platform
    • Ensuring adherence to corporate IS policies and procedures, and to internal regulations and external legislation that fall within their own area of responsibility and executing all actions in IS processes for assigned tasks, according to agreed RACI specification

    Your background

    • Degree or Master's in relavent field
    • At least 10 Years in IT Enterprise Environments with 5 Years in Power Platform Development and 5 years in a developer lead position
    • Knowledge on systems development, process improvement and optimization data analytics project management
    • Certification in ITIL 4 Foundation is a plus
    • Strong communication skills
