    Lead React Developer


    Location :
    Bangalore, India

    Experience Required : 7+ years


    Key Responsibilities :

    • Lead and mentor a team of React developers, providing technical guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
    • Design, architect, and develop robust and scalable frontend solutions using and related technologies.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including designers and backend developers, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
    • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies, advocating for their adoption when appropriate.
    • Implement and maintain high standards of code quality, performance, and security throughout the development process.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline development workflows and enhance team productivity.
    • Act as a subject matter expert on and related technologies, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.

    Key Requirements :

    • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
    • Thorough understanding of and its core principles, with handson experience building complex applications.
    • Proficiency with popular workflows such as Flux or Redux, including state management and data flow.
    • Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript and modern JavaScript features.
    • Experience with data structure libraries such as , and knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus.
    • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and experience integrating frontend applications with backend services.
    • Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token (JWT), and best practices for securing web applications.
    • Experience with modern frontend build pipelines and tools, including Babel, Webpack, and npm/yarn.
    • Strong Full Stack development skills with handson experience in serverside rendering using
