Position:
Telecaller


Experience:

Fresher to 6 month


Location:
Shyamal Cross Road, Ahmedabad.


Shift time:
Mon - Sat (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM)


Job Description and Responsibilities:


  • No sales & Target based job.
  • Providing customers with information on products, services & offers.
  • Take calls from customers and do outbound calling
  • Identifying customer needs.
  • Taking customer calls and solving queries
  • To provide the required information to callers.
  • Give out correct information to callers, patients & relatives about any camp or marketing activities.

Salary:
₹10, ₹12,000.00 per month

  • Day shift

Education:


  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

Experience:


  • Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)


Language:


  • Hindi (preferred)
  • English (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Ahmedabad, Gujarat (required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Relocate before starting work (required)
