JD IPC EXECUTIVE
Manage & coordinate the day-to-day operations and activities of the
warehouse ensuring effective stock
control and distribution.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Counts material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock and posts totals to inventory records manually or using computer
- Compares inventories to records or computes figures from actual status
- Verifies clerical computations against physical count of stock and adjusts errors in computation or count or investigates and reports reasons for discrepancies
- Compiles information on receipt or disbursement of material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies and computes inventory balance
- Prepares reports, such as inventory balance, price lists and material stock shortages
- Prepares list of depleted items and recommends survey of defective or unusable items
- Ensures 100% implementation of FIFO System
- Promote and maintains 3Q6S on working areas
- Responsible for scanning of all received material and their issuance to production lines & delivery of Finished Goods
- Responsible for Prepare Gemba Kaizen Report
- Responsible for timely handover of barcode to PDN as per PPC Plan
- Maintain FIFO board
- Responsible for monitoring Bin, Separator & Pipe.
- Responsible for monitoring receiving shipment condition, referring to invoice & packing standard.
QUALIFICATION:
Graduate
Must have
-
relevant work experience in warehouse department.
- Must be hardworking, flexible and must possess good leadership abilities.
- Computer Literacy is preferred
- Must be good in written and oral communications
