Responsibilities of CNC/VMC Setter Cum Operator
FOR OPERATOR
Machine Operation:
Start and monitor CNC machines for accurate production. Adjust settings as needed. Perform in-process inspections for quality.
Quality Control:
Inspect Machined Parts on machine as per Procedure and if needed make
Corrections for tight tolerances.
Qualification:
- ITI or Diploma
Experience - 1 to 2 Years for CNC/VMC operation
SALARY - Rs to 18000 for 8 Hours depending on previous job Experience and salary.
FOR SETTER
Basically we are looking for a Person to do settings on Machines and also take care of the Shift for all Production and Quality work done on Machines during Shift.
Machine Setup:
Prepare CNC machines by loading tools, workpieces, and fixtures. Align cutting tools and work holding devices accurately. Load and adjust CNC programs. Make necessary parameter changes.
Quality Control:
Inspect Machined Parts on machine as per Procedure and if needed make
Corrections for tight tolerances.
QUALIFICATION:
- ITI or Diploma
EXPERIENCE - 4 to 5 years as CNC/VMC Operator / Setters and Shift In-Charge.
SALARY - Rs to 23000 depending on previous job Experience and salary.
