- Organizing promotional events
- Converting the leads as admissions
- Building a relationship of trust and respect with the students/job aspirants
- Coordinating webinars/seminars and other promotional activities for student registration
- Listening skills

- Patience and a calm manner
- Ability to cope with emotional situations
- Ability to relate to and adapt communication style to suit a wide range of people
Bachelor's degree or above with a minimum 1 year of experience as an educational Counsellor.
