Opportunity at Lupin Ltd for RSM - Opthal Therapy - Chennai HQ.- Experience : Years (Currently must be working as an RM/ Second line manager)
- Qualification : Any Graduate
- Location : Chennai
- Covering Area : Entire Tamil Nadu
- Therapy : Opthal
- To ensure targeted sales through Area Managers and Representatives month after month of your region.
- To manage the customer relations of key customers in your area of operation.
- To conduct and attend cycle meetings in your area of operation.
- To prepare monthly plan of action in consultation with your superiors.
- To train and develop AMs and Reps. to perform better month after month.
- To ensure strict implementation of credit policy in your area of operation and control out-standings as per the norms.
- Forecasting of sales from Representatives and Area Managers upwards and also downwards.
- Recruitment of Medical Representatives to ensure filling up vacancies from time to time to avoid loss of sales.
- To control the fieldwork of AMs and Reps. from their reports.
- To ensure the implementation of strategy by each and every member of your team in your area of operation.
- To collect information on the effectiveness of our strategy vis-à-vis competitors and send it to HO.
- To review the distribution channels from time to time and make distributors more and more effective with least number of distributors.
- To immediately solve problems of all members of your field staff within your authority or else take them up with your line managers and HO without any loss of time.
