    About This Role

    As a Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of branding, SEO, social media, events, and community engagement. Your influence will extend across various areas, shaping our brand's identity, optimizing our online presence, and driving engagement with our target audience. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead innovative marketing strategies and contribute significantly to our company's success.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute strategic social media plans to drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
    • Oversee all aspects of branding, including messaging, visual identity, and brand positioning.
    • Manage SEO strategies to improve organic search performance and increase website traffic.
    • Plan and execute events to promote brand visibility and engage with target audiences.
    • Foster community engagement and grow our community of freelancers
    • Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to track campaign performance and optimize strategies.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and sales, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
    • Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve desired outcomes.

    Requirements:

    • 2-4 years of experience in social media management, SEO, and performance marketing.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in email marketing and CRM tools such as Freshsales and Mailchimp.
    • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
    • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies.
    • Experience in creating and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
    • Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track campaign performance.
    • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
