Engage Digital Partners is seeking a skilled and experienced Recruiter to join our India team.

The Recruiter will work very closely with our HR Manager in India and Head of People, being responsible for hiring for all of our global locations such as India, UK and Australia.

You will be tasked to hire full time employees and contractors within the following departments:
Insights, Audience Development, Creative Development, Tech, Performance Marketing, Graphics and our Content team.


Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with our Head of People and alongside the global HR teams in each region to define hiring needs, taking briefs from hiring managers to create detailed job descriptions
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate recruitment records and reports.

Key skills and experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience as an internal recruiter, preferably in a fastpaced environment.
  • Experience hiring designers, producers, social media managers and creatives is desirable
  • Good understanding of the social and digital industry
  • Experience negotiating
  • Proven track record of identifying and hiring top talent.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. (BambooHR preferable)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
