Description
Roles & Responsibilities- Using scripts to contact both existing and prospective customers
- Looking at customer benefits and other pertinent data for additional sales follow up
- Addressing needs and queries of the customer
- Keeping track of calls and coordination with the sales team, aligning the relevant leads to each person
- Experience in delivering sales pitch over call and adapting as per the situation
- Good communication skills listening and asking relevant questions
- Good memory can memorise calling script
- Excellent follow up skills
- Must have good command over English, both spoken and written
- Good team coordination skills
- Should have working knowledge of MS Office especially Excel & Word
- Should have 2 years of telecalling experience
- UG: Any Graduate
Salary:
₹11, ₹30,568.64 per month
Day range:
- Weekend only
Shift:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
