Roles and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities (Please mention all the responsibilities expected from the
- incumbent to perform)
- 1 Manage the end to end implementation of new system functionality, including
- Requirement Analysis, Solution design, Project management, Process setup
- 2 Be the contact for the Credit cards business team for any system related
- 3 Coordinate with Technology partners/vendors, operations and call centre teams
- solutions to meet the same
- 4 Ensure that the existing system capabilities are fully exploited and the
- changes
- 5 Understand current process to optimize the existing solution thus achieving
- 6 Devise solutions for process automation to ensure mínimal manual and
- 7 Ensure solutions and processes are well documented and signed off through
- 8 Ensure quality testing and proper user training
- 9 Vendor Management
