    Description

    Join StarKiddo, a thriving e-commerce startup committed to revolutionizing the baby mealtime essentials and online shopping experience. We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Ecommerce Specialist to join our rapidly growing team. As an Ecommerce Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving online sales, optimizing the user experience, and managing our e-commerce platform.

    Responsibilities

    1. Develop and execute data-driven strategies to drive online sales and achieve revenue goals.

    2. Marketplace Management:

    • Develop and execute strategies to optimize product listings on Amazon, Firstcry and other marketplaces for higher visibility and sales.
    • Monitor and analyze performance metrics on Amazon Seller Central, making data-driven decisions to improve sales.
    • Manage Amazon Ads, including Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands, to drive traffic and increase revenue.

    3. Shopify Store Management:

    • Oversee the Shopify store's day-to-day operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
    • Customize the Shopify storefront to align with brand aesthetics and usability standards.
    • Implement SEO strategies on Shopify to improve organic search rankings and visibility.

    4. Collaborating on sales-driving promotions and campaigns.

    5. Analyzing market trends and adjusting strategies accordingly.

    6. Working with various teams to ensure brand consistency.

    7. Reporting on e-commerce performance metrics.

    8. Managing online content to ensure its current and compelling.

    Qualifications

    · 3+ years of experience in e-commerce management

    · Proven track record of increasing online sales and improving website performance.

    · Strong understanding of e-commerce analytics and data-driven decision-making

    · Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or BigCommerce

    · Experience with marketplaces such as Amazon and Amazon Ads

    · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    · Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
