It is a work from office requirement for an ecommerce process.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work from office role
- Inbound voice process
- English + Tamil
- These call center representatives provide query assistance and product information in an efficient and professional manner.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about the product
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right resources within the company.
- Handle Customer Complaints and Escalations.
- Provide solutions for basic problems, work within the time limits provided, and take ownership of issues.
- Go the extra mile to engage with Customer Requirements
- 6 days working
Who all can apply?
- Graduates + 2 years customer service experience must
- Fluent (written and spoken) in both English and Tamil
- 24x7 shift (For Females, the last logout time would be 8:00 PM)
