Job Overview:


You will also work with the Senior Legal Counsel on establishing and maintaining organization secretarial practice standards, process, templates and execute inter department processes, implement improvements, and provide training.

You will be responsible for managing financial accounts, budgeting, auditing, taxation, and other financial aspects of the organization. You will ensure compliance with financial regulations, analyse financial data to provide insights, and contribute to strategic decision-making processes. Additionally, you will provide financial advice, forecast financial performance, and maintain financial records accurately.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide advice to the Board of Directors and other senior personnels on Company law and corporate governance matters and ensure compliance with relevant laws, legislation, regulations, and corporate governance codes.
  • Organize and facilitate Board Meetings, Committee Meetings and General Meetings, ensuring adherence to statutory requirements and best practices.
  • Ensure proper disclosure of information to Shareholders, Regulators, and other stakeholders in accordance with legal requirements and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as finance teams, management, and department heads.
  • Liaise, build, and maintain relationships with external stakeholder including Legal Advisors, Consultants, Auditors, ROC, RBI, RTA, other regulatory authority, and other internal / external stakeholders, as required.
  • Prepare and maintain financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
  • Supporting internal and statutory audit, administering, and resolving compliance issues, and providing compliance advice on daytoday business operations.
  • Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Prepare financial reports and presentations for management.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.

Requirements/Preferences:


  • Indepth knowledge of Company Law, Limited Liability Partnership, Secretarial Standards, and other relevant laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven experience in financial accounting, auditing, taxation, and financial analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and taxation laws.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • High level of integrity and ethical conduct.

From ₹50,000.00 per month
