Responsibilities
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales activities.
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals.
- Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.
- Learn how products work and how to troubleshoot issues with customers.
- Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to management.
- Assist other team members with transactions when necessary.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in staffing or related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Selfmotivated and resultsdriven.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of the staffing industry and current market trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field (preferred).
Requirements:
- 6 months 1 Year in sales

Salary:
Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
