Role Description

a) To achieve theoretical cycle time and improve further no of setup reduction, no of tools reduction ,combination tools, insert grade improvement

b) To conduct time and motion study and improve man power utilization

c) To set norms for production man power

d) To eliminate waste in production process -setup time ,levelling ,dialling time, air cut reduction

e) Debottlenecking the capacity through cycle time improvement

f) Loss making parts improvement

g) To improve material handling

h) To improvement new technologies

i) Cycle time reduction, Capacity improve, Cost reduction and Productivity improvement.


Qualification :
Diploma/B.E

Experience : 5+ years


Pay:
Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
